Public Offer Agreement

This agreement is an official public offer of Sole Proprietor Klimok M.O. (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), acting in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, and contains all the essential terms and conditions for the sale of goods through the online store located at https://x-style.ua.

By placing an order on the website, the Buyer fully and unconditionally accepts (acceptance) the terms of this public offer.

1. Terms and Definitions

1.1. Online Store — the Seller’s website located at https://x-style.ua, through which goods are sold.

1.2. Offer — this document, which is a public contract under the terms set out below.

1.3. Acceptance — the full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the terms of this Offer.

1.4. Buyer — an individual or legal entity that places an order and purchases goods on the x-style.ua website.

1.5. Goods — the object of purchase and sale, presented on the online store website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods presented on the website to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept these goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Order Placement Procedure

3.1. The Buyer independently places an order on the website by selecting the goods and filling in the order form.

3.2. After placing the order, the Seller confirms the availability of the goods and agrees with the Buyer on the delivery terms.

4. Price and Payment Procedure

4.1. The prices of the goods are indicated on the website in the national currency — Ukrainian hryvnia (prices in US dollars and euros are approximate to the current exchange rate). The prices are including all taxes, paid in Ukraine in accordance with the current legislation. Buyers in countries outside of Ukraine pay local duties, taxes and fees. They are not included in the price of the goods, delivery or order processing.

4.2. Payment is made in a cashless form through banking services specified on the website https://www.x-style.ua/en/shipping-and-payment.html.

5. Delivery of Goods

5.1. Delivery is carried out using courier services (Nova Poshta, Meest, etc.) according to the conditions specified on the website https://www.x-style.ua/en/shipping-and-payment.html.

5.2. The cost and delivery time depend on the selected delivery method and region.

6. Return and Exchange of Goods

6.1. Return and exchange of goods are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".

6.2. The procedure for returning and exchanging goods is carried out in accordance with the Website's Regulations https://www.x-style.ua/en/guarantees.html.

7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Seller undertakes to:

• Provide accurate information about the goods.

• Deliver the goods in proper quality and within the agreed time frame.

The Buyer undertakes to:

• Provide truthful information when placing the order.

• Timely pay for and accept the goods.

8. Liability of the Parties

8.1. The Parties shall be liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.2. The Seller shall not be liable for delays or inability to deliver goods if they occurred through no fault of the Seller (e.g., postal delays, force majeure, etc.).

9. Processing of Personal Data

9.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the website.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. This Agreement enters into force from the moment the Buyer accepts the Offer.

10.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine.
