Goods of good quality purchased in the store X-Style.ua can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of receipt.

The exchange of goods of proper quality is carried out if it has not been used and retains its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the receipt issued with the purchase, or sent an electronic receipt to the customer phone number or e-mail address.

The list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return), approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

- corsetry, underwear, mittens, mittens, hosiery
- feather and down products, mouthpieces
- perfumes and cosmetics, products in aerosol packaging
- products from natural and artificial hair (wigs)

Ways to return the goods

In the branch of CS "Nova Poshta". Shipping is paid by the buyer. The cost (tariffs) and conditions of dispatch are determined by the carrier. The shipment is made according to the same details on which the order was received. Please note: if you specify "cash on delivery" in your payment method, we will not be able to receive the parcel and it will be returned to the sender.

Refunds are made no later than within 7 days to the card account from which the order was paid or, if the order was received at the Nova Poshta branch, to the card account of the Recipient of the shipment.
