Shipping Information
1. Shipping within Ukraine:
Orders are shipped after receiving full payment or order value or a partial prepayment equal to the delivery cost.
The delivery cost is paid by the Buyer.
Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta.
The delivery cost is calculated individually depending on the order.
Delivery time is 1–3 days (depending on the region). Orders are shipped on the same or next business day after payment is received.
2. International Shipping:
Delivery time is 5–25 days, depending on the destination country.
The delivery cost is calculated individually for each order.
The delivery cost is paid by the Buyer.
3. Delivery of Pre-Order Items:
Some items are available for pre-order (e.g., New Rock, Demonia shoes, etc.). For such orders, a partial prepayment of 30%–50% (depending on the manufacturer) is required, and the remaining balance is paid upon receipt.
In case of an exchange for a different size, the delivery cost is paid by the Buyer.
Payment Information
1. Bank Transfer:
After the order is confirmed, the Buyer will receive the account details via Viber or e-mail.
After the payment details are sent, the items are reserved for 2 days.
2. Cash on Delivery Nova Poshta (for Ukraine only):
The order is paid for directly at the Nova Poshta branch (or parcel locker), minus the amount of the prepayment.
Please note: Nova Poshta additionally charges a 2% fee of the COD amount + 20 UAH for transferring funds to the Seller’s account.
3. SEPA Bank Transfer (for European Customers)
We now accept SEPA bank transfers in EUR for customers from European countries.
Commission & Processing Time:
- Our store does not charge any additional fees for SEPA transfers. However, your bank may apply its own standard fee for SEPA payments (usually between €0 and €5, depending on the bank).
- SEPA transfers are usually processed within 1–2 business days. We will start preparing your order as soon as we receive the payment.

How to Pay via SEPA Bank Transfer

Go to your online banking or visit your bank branch.

Select the option to make a SEPA transfer (sometimes called "Euro transfer" or "EU transfer").

Enter the payment details above (IBAN, BIC code).

We will provide you with the exact text for the Receiver name, Payment Reference, and the Amount including delivery.

Confirm the transfer.

EEA countries: Iceland, Norway, and Liechtenstein.
11 non-EEA countries: Albania, Andorra, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Vatican City State.
