Return and Exchange of Goods of Proper Quality
According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", a buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt if the following conditions are met:

The item has not been used;

The product retains its original appearance (packaging, seals, tags). Retaining the appearance of clothing means the item should look as if it was just purchased. It must not show signs of wear, stains, damage, and must include all original tags, labels, and seals. Even slight wear, such as trying the item on, may result in refusal of return if it affects its appearance. The item must be returned in its original packaging, without damage;

A purchase document is provided (a receipt or other proof of purchase).
The return shipping cost is covered by the Buyer.
Important! Return or exchange is only possible if the item is not on the list of non-returnable goods of proper quality.
List of Non-Returnable Goods of Proper Quality
According to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994, the following goods of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange (among others):

Underwear (including bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, bras, corsets, etc.);

Gloves, hosiery products (socks, stockings, tights);

Feather and down products, cigarette holders;

Perfume and cosmetic products, items in aerosol packaging;
-
Items made from natural or synthetic hair (wigs).
Note: If the item is on this list and is of proper quality, the store has the right to refuse the return or exchange.
Return of Goods of Improper Quality
We strive to provide you with the best service and high-quality products. All items are inspected for visible defects before shipping.
Customers are expected to inspect the package upon delivery from the courier. This is to ensure the packaging is intact and the contents match the order. If damage or discrepancies are found, the buyer must file a report with the courier and refuse to accept the package. After the report is filed and the package refused, the buyer must notify the seller about the situation.
If you received a defective item not due to shipping damage, please contact us immediately. We will offer:

Or a full refund after the returned item is received and inspected.
How to Return an Item

Send the item back in its original condition (we will provide the warehouse address if needed).

After we inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange.
Refund Timeframe
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
